Terms and Conditions for MyMunchi app

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the MyMunchi app ("Service"), provided by Nallelab.

By downloading or using MyMunchi, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Service

You may use MyMunchi only in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:

use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or related systems;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its supporting systems; or
use the app in a way that could harm Nallelab, other users, or third parties.

Health and Nutrition Information

MyMunchi is a food logging and nutrition tracking tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nutrition data, barcode lookup results, calculations, and estimates may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for checking whether information is appropriate for your needs.

If you have medical, dietary, or health concerns, you should consult a qualified professional.

Subscriptions and Payments

MyMunchi may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Payment will be charged by Apple to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store subscription management page.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.
Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable terms and policies.

App Features and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, or subscription offerings.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Data and Sync

Certain app data may be stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced through Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, content, and branding, is owned by Nallelab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be accurate, or operate without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nallelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Finland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
