Terms and Conditions for DoInvoice app

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the DoInvoice app ("Service"), provided by Nallelab.

By downloading or using DoInvoice, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Service

You may use DoInvoice only in compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:

use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
use the Service to send spam, misleading invoices, or invoices for goods or services you are not allowed to provide;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or related systems;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its supporting systems; or
use the app in a way that could harm Nallelab, other users, customers, or third parties.

Small Business Billing Tool

DoInvoice is a tool for creating, organizing, exporting, and sending invoices and estimates.

You are responsible for the business, client, invoice, estimate, tax, pricing, payment, and contact information you enter into the app.

DoInvoice does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, or business advice. You are responsible for checking that your invoices, estimates, tax rates, payment records, and business documents are correct and suitable for your business.

If you need accounting, tax, legal, financial, or business advice, you should consult a qualified professional.

Invoices, Estimates, and Payments

DoInvoice may calculate totals, taxes, discounts, and payment states based on the information you enter. These calculations may be affected by incorrect input, local settings, software bugs, or changes in tax rules.

You are responsible for reviewing invoices and estimates before sending or sharing them, including checking that final values, totals, taxes, discounts, and payment amounts are correct.

DoInvoice does not process customer payments, collect money from your customers, or guarantee that an invoice will be paid.

Subscriptions and Payments

DoInvoice may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Payment will be charged by Apple to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store subscription management page.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.
Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable terms and policies.

App Features and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, subscriptions, invoice sending, support, or other backend services.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that invoice delivery will always succeed.

Data and Backups

DoInvoice stores app data locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for making backups of important business records.

The app may allow you to export selected local data as a JSON file. You are responsible for storing exported files safely and for checking that exported or imported data is correct.

Support and Invoice Sending

If you use support or in-app invoice sending features, information may be sent to Nallelab systems so we can provide those features.

You agree not to use support or invoice sending features to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unwanted content.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, content, and branding, is owned by Nallelab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, produce accurate invoices or estimates, comply with laws that apply to your business, or operate without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nallelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or customer relationships arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Finland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
