Privacy Policy for DoInvoice app

Nallelab built DoInvoice ("Service", "app") as an app with paid subscription features. This Service is provided by Nallelab and is intended for use as is.
This page explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use DoInvoice.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
DoInvoice does not require you to create an account.
Nallelab does not collect the business details, client details, item library, invoices, estimates, logos, or attached photos that you save in the app during normal use. That data is stored locally on your device.
Nallelab only receives app data when you choose to use a feature that sends data to us, such as in-app invoice sending or support.
Depending on how you use those features, the following information may be collected by Nallelab:
- Invoice sending details when you choose to send an invoice from inside the app, including the generated invoice PDF, sender name, sender email, recipient name, recipient email, invoice number, and App Store transaction identifiers.
- Your App Store transaction identifiers, which are used to verify that you have a valid subscription.
- A DeviceCheck token when you send a support message. This is used to help protect the support service from abuse.
- Support messages and response email addresses that you choose to send to us through the app.
- Basic technical information associated with backend requests, such as app version, platform, request time, and server logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How We Use Information
We use information only for the operation of DoInvoice, including to:
- send invoice PDFs when you choose to use the in-app sending feature;
- verify and recognize valid subscriptions;
- receive and respond to support messages;
- prevent abuse of the support and invoice sending services; and
- maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
Local Storage
DoInvoice stores your business data, clients, item library, invoices, estimates, settings, logos, and attached photos locally on your device.
You can export selected local data as a JSON file from the app. You are responsible for storing and sharing exported files safely.
You can reset local app data from within the app, or remove the app from your device.
Invoice Sending
If you choose to send an invoice from inside the app, DoInvoice sends the generated invoice PDF, sender name, sender email, recipient name, recipient email, invoice number, and App Store transaction identifiers to our backend service at invoice-api.nallelab.com.
This information is used to send the invoice and to verify that the feature is available for your subscription.
Support Messages
If you send a support message from within the app, we receive the message you submit, the optional response email address, a DeviceCheck token, and your App Store app transaction identifier when available.
We use this information only to process support requests, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
Subscriptions and Purchases
DoInvoice uses Apple's StoreKit for subscriptions and purchase restoration. Purchases, billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple.
DoInvoice may use App Store transaction identifiers to verify subscription access and enable paid features.
Photos
DoInvoice requests access to your photo library only when you choose to add a logo or attach photos to an estimate or invoice. The app does not access photos unless you choose them.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use third party advertising SDKs or third party analytics SDKs in the app.
Information may be shared only as needed with:
- Apple, for App Store purchases, subscription verification, DeviceCheck, and App Store services;
- our backend infrastructure providers, to operate invoice sending and support features;
- email delivery or similar service providers, when needed to send an invoice or respond to support.
Data Retention
- Data saved in DoInvoice remains on your device until you delete it, reset local data, or remove the app.
- Exported JSON files remain wherever you save or share them until you delete them.
- Invoice sending records, support messages, transaction identifiers, DeviceCheck data, and related technical logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, respond to support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain service security.
Your Choices
- You can choose not to grant photo library access. If you do, logo selection and photo attachment features may not be available.
- You can choose whether to use the in-app invoice sending feature.
- You can share invoice and estimate PDFs using other tools available on your device.
- You can export or reset local app data from within the app.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Children's Privacy
This Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
